Watercolor: A New Beginning

Our desire to connect with and express the world’s beauty is natural and vital. Painting in the lively, transparent medium of watercolor offers us a way to experience that connection—even if you’ve never picked up a paintbrush before. Through a highly personal and proven approach, Ann K. Lindsay teaches you that art is the voice of the soul and it is your birthright to speak it.

Learn about watercolor and let yourself go, noticing how the colors move on wet paper and exploring the effect they have on each other. By focusing on the creative process as a playful adventure rather than aiming for a perfect final product, you transform trepidation into excitement and are free to enjoy the journey.

This program concludes with creating a small painting of the Kripalu landscape. When you immerse in the experience without the judgments of your inner critic, painting becomes a meditation and a prayer of gratitude.
