The Way of Kabbalah

For everyone.

Come explore Kabbalah, one of the most revered, powerful, and authentic mystical traditions in the world. This ancient wisdom system contains teachings and tools for human evolution, and provides a language and a framework for deep knowledge of yourself, others, and the cosmos.

The Way of Kabbalah is built upon the teachings of Sefer Yetzirah (Book of Creation), the Zohar, and the teachings of the great Kabbalist, Rabbi Isaac Luria (ARI), along with the insights of contemporary psychology and Rabbi David Ingber’s years of contemplative practice and exploration in the world’s great religious and spiritual traditions. The program includes

  • Vibrational healing using Hebrew letters and sounds
  • The music of the Hassidic nigun (wordless song)
  • Contemplation using the transformative path of embodied prayer
  • A concert with Shir Yaakov Feit, Renée Finkelstein, and Seth Leiberman.

Discover the deeper meaning of the Jewish tradition as well as practical techniques and tactics for spiritual wellness rooted in the ancient words of Torah. This is an unforgettable journey into the heart of Western wisdom, with Kabbalah as your guide.

Recommended reading Rabbi Aryeh Kaplan, Inner Space; Rabbi Aryeh Kaplan, Meditation and Kabbalah; Allen Afterman, Kabbalah and Consciousness; Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi, Jewish with Feeling; and Rabbi David Cooper, G-d is a Verb.
