It’s safe to say we all know we need to eat healthy. At the same time, we all enjoy our comfort foods. Did you know that most comfort foods are healthy in their original forms? This winter dive into the recipe vault with Kripalu’s Executive Chef Jeremy Rock Smith and discover the joy of cooking up comfort.

From pot pie to mac and cheese, Jeremy leaves no recipe behind as he brings back these Kripalu favorites from his home to yours. In this engaging, interactive, and joyful program you

  • Prepare a variety of comfort foods with variations to accommodate any food allergies or dietary restrictions 
  • Learn how to make the juiciest turkey or veggie burgers 
  • Prepare a variety of side dishes to accompany the main dish 
  • Receive recipes, shopping, and prep lists 
  • Tips for kitchen success.

Cook in real-time with Jeremy or just watch and cook later alongside the recorded class. 

Note Recipes, ingredients, and supply lists will be emailed each week so participants can be prepared for each session. All recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session. You will have access to the video recording(s) for 30 days after the program ends.
