Yoga and Creativity Unlock Your Inner Artist

For all levels.

Movement, yoga, sound, and meditation can help us develop space in our bodies and minds so that we can more easily connect to our creativity. Come explore the intersection between art, yoga, and the mind in this program presented by NY Yoga + Life Magazine.TM

Combining your love of yoga with your creativity, this weekend is an opportunity to unlock your inner artist through art-inspired yoga classes, crystal healing sessions, photography workshops, and more. Make art with your body through asana and dance, and find space for your creativity to expand and flourish through coloring meditations and a sound bath experience.

This program kicks off with a yoga session, followed by a brief introductory panel with the presenters. After a gentle movement class to unwind from the day, you let it all out in a celebratory drum circle. Works of art from both the Rubin and MASS MoCA will be on display digitally throughout the sessions.

Note This program has an optional 4:15 pm session. Check-in begins at 2:15 pm, and accommodations are guaranteed by 4:00 pm. Dinner is included on your day of arrival.
