Yoga and Dharma The Art of Awakening

Heal your relationship to your body and the earth, connect with your soul, and align with your authentic purpose. Katchie Ananda uses yoga and dharma, two complementary schools, to guide the body back to ease, calm and train the mind, and open the heart. She offers Anusara Yoga, a scientific system that is fun and healing for the body, along with mindfulness practices based on Buddhist psychology as taught by Jack Kornfield.

Come explore being mindful through movement, meditation, and breathing exercises, and by accessing your own wisdom and compassion to learn the art of awakening. This program includes slow vinyasa flow, standing poses with pranayama, forward bends, hip openers, backbends, inversions, and restorative and therapeutic yoga, in addition to loving-kindness, insight meditation, and compassion practice.
