Immerse yourself in the practice of yoga and the teachings of Swami Kripalu on awakening in daily life. Kripalu Yoga opens a doorway into self and Spirit, inviting practitioners to embark upon a path of transformation that integrates healing, personal growth, effectiveness in life, and spiritual awakening. WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
• Daily depth yoga and meditation
• Teachings of Swami Kripalu
• Introspection and small group work

This retreat includes

  • Daily, all-levels practice of asana, pranayama (breathing techniques), pratyahar (sensory withdrawal), and meditation
  • Introspection and small group work to reveal and receive the power of sangha (spiritual community)
  • Inspirational texts and poetry to bring what’s unseen and unsaid into conscious awareness
  • Sustenance and support for your ongoing practice.
