Yoga and Movement For Everyone An Exploration of Yoga, Asana, Movement and Conscious Leadership

FOR YOGA TEACHERS OF ALL LEVELS

Yoga is a practice that is meant for everyone but the modern yoga industrial complex would have us believe otherwise. Visible and invisible barriers keep people away from yoga. Join celebrated yoga teacher and social justice activist Dianne Bondy and explore how to eliminate these barriers and make your asana class accessible for all who are called to practice.

Specifically designed for yoga teachers, this program will teach you how to

  • Create safe spaces for all bodies to flourish within yoga and movement spaces
  • Adapt traditional asana to fit more bodies
  • Address fatphobia and body dysmorphia in your classes
  • Explore contemporary expressions of asana
  • Develop your planning templates to create more accessible classes.

This weekend is a comprehensive invitation to practice self-care, activism, yoga, and joyful, intentional movement.
