Medical yoga therapist Terry Roth Schaff offers ample time for practice, Q&A, and individualized attention as you explore simple ways to keep your hip and knee joints in good health. Learn how yoga can help you keep your knees and hips healthy, even before and after surgery. If your knees begin to lose mobility, Terry also has practices to prepare them for quick post-op recovery.

Terry Roth Schaff, C-IAYT, E-RYT, IAYT CEP, YACEP, author of Medical Yoga Therapy: A Practical Guide for the Yoga and Medical Community, is a medical yoga therapist who treats people with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
