Learn a new yoga routine to keep your knees and hips healthy. This program provides an opportunity for in-depth practice of the yoga postures and sequences introduced in Yoga for Hip and Knee Replacements, April 12–14.

Medical yoga therapist Terry Roth Schaff offers ample time for practice, Q&A, and individualized attention as you explore simple ways to keep your hip and knee joints in good health. Learn how yoga can help you keep your knees and hips healthy, even before and after surgery. If they begin to lose mobility, she also has practices to prepare them for quick post-op recovery.
