Yoga Nidra, Hypnotherapy, and Meditation for Mental Health


Yoga is more than poses—it's about balancing your mind and body and learning to create the balance needed to help you match your insides to your outsides.

Join yoga teacher, hypnotherapist, and mental health advocate Cindy Beers for this one-of-a-kind immersion program to find what works for you and your mental health.  

During this week-long program, you will

  • Learn yoga nidra, hypnotherapy techniques, and over 23 different types of meditations
  • Define and distinguish the differences between anxiety, depression, PTSD, and stress 
  • Choose what methods work best for you and your own mental health.

Return home having created a meditation, yoga nidra, or hynotherapy practice for yourself and/or your clients and students. 

Note This program is designed for anyone suffering from mental health issues or working in the fields of yoga and/or mental health, including yoga practitioners and teachers, health professionals, and educators.
