Inspired by our ancestors and their sacred journey to discover and nurture soul and spirit, the 2017 Yoga Retreat for Women of Color™ promises to take you higher as you talk, laugh, and sashay your way toward caring for the soul and exploring the natural link between yoga and meditation and life.

In this program, you

  • Use dance to explore faith
  • Experience how to refresh your very essence with ancient Ayurevedic practices
  • Engage in hatha yoga, meditation, play, and soul awareness
  • Share your genuine voice to unlock Isis, the goddess of magic and healing; she will be our guide to tapping into unbounded joy, peace, and happiness.
