Yoga Retreat for Women of Color Imagine

Imagine knowing how to pause and go within. Imagine taking a break and enjoying it, with no guilt. Imagine being with others who have similar hopes, dreams, and experiences—gathering with women of color to talk and share with one another. Can you imagine?

The Yoga Retreat for Women of Color™ offers all of this along with yoga practices and other creative methods to help you imagine yourself as you want to be, and take the next step toward your authentic self. This program includes Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, African dance, and more.

Join Maya Breuer and an all-star group of guest presenters to rise up on the wings of Maya Angelou’s wonderful poem, “Still I Rise.”

“…Just like moons and like suns,
With the certainty of tides,
Just like hopes springing high,
Still I’ll rise.”
