In this fall’s Yoga Retreat for Women of Color, you are led into the moment to unleash the magic that’s already inside of you. Your ancestors set that magic in your bones and it’s ready to rise up and ride the waves of spirit.

When you live in the moment, magic arises no matter where you are: on the roof top, down at the bottom, in the middle, sliding, slipping, skipping, and in all ways being your unique self. Magic is there, here, everywhere! With magic, you find your truest experience—you feel your breath; you see; you know; you open to the spirit that carouses through you.

Join Maya Breuer and four other magicians of the moment to practice yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation. Come dance and, oh, yes, come play!
