The Yoga of Social Change

For yogis, spiritual activists, and change agents.

This training is designed for leaders on the front lines of transformational work—yoga teachers, community activists, organizers, and facilitators—who are ready to take their work to the next level. Come discover the relationship between personal transformation and social justice, and investigate our unique role and responsibility in creating the conditions for equity and inclusion in wellness culture.

Through embodied practice, courageous conversation, and collective action, Seane Corn and Kerri Kelly explore

  • Teaching transformation: The art of designing a transformational experience that bridges the personal and the political and takes our yoga off the mat
  • Facilitating change: Building skills to hold space for radical inclusion and cultivate dialogue about issues of social justice and liberation
  • Speaking truth: Finding your voice, connecting the dots, and telling your story
  • Showing up: How to inspire accountability, change culture, and ignite a movement of conscious action.

This immersive experience for radical healing and truth telling calls us to reach our highest potential as catalysts for real, long-term change.

This program may be taken as part of Kripalu’s 1000-Hour Yoga Teacher Training or as a standalone program.
