In this yoga devotion retreat, you explore the wisdom that shows up in the body, and follow it with tools to transmute limitations and transform them into the strength we need for greater truth-sharing. Through hatha vinyasa, bhakti vinyasa, Yin Yoga, psoas release practices, meditations, mantra, music, and breathwork, you

  • Transform: Find the courage to step out of your comfort zone and into your own healing
