Your Do Less, Have More Year Creating Space for What Really Matters

For women.

The secret to success is not fitting more activities into your day. The secret to success is fitting more of yourself into your day and learning to source your schedule from within. WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
• Soulful annual planning
• Time and energy management
• Feminine productivity

In this hands-on retreat, Kate Northrup walks you through a year-end review and annual planning process to ensure that the things that matter most to you are prioritized in 2020. Following the principles outlined in her best-selling book, Do Less, you learn

  • Cyclical time- and energy-management processes
  • How to organize your projects to reach peak productivity without burnout
  • How to get the most bang for your investment of time and energy
  • A four-part process that honors the four seasons of creativity, women’s cycles, and the phases of the moon.

Return home with a clear plan for the year ahead that honors not only your goals and ambitions, but also your body, your soul, and your heart.

“Full of strategies and concrete tools, [Kate’s program] offers us women a valuable path of self-discovery, transformation, and transcendence.” —Dr. Shefali Tsabary
