A Zentangle Weekend It’s a String Thing

For those with some Zentangle experience.

In the Zentangle method of pattern drawing, everything begins with a foundational string, which inspires creativity and invisibly holds the pattern together. This easy-to-learn and fun way of creating beautiful images by drawing structural patterns is meditative, intuitive, relaxing, and empowering. This program focuses on

  • Finding inspirations for strings
  • Power of the pencil string
  • Creating strings
  • When to ignore the string.

Come explore string metaphors and become aware of strings in your life and your world. Have fun creating beautiful art as you watch your pen draw tangles on your strings. Join Zentangle creators Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas for one of their rare, public Zentangle programs.
