1000-Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings

2017 Trainings

The trainings in our 1000-hour program may also be taken as standalone programs; you do not need to apply to the 1000-hour track to take many of these trainings. You may apply to the 1000-hour training and retroactively receive credit for your hours. An application and acceptance is required prior to registering for specific modules within the 1000-hour track and will be indicated when necessary.

Introduction to Trauma-Sensitive Yoga

This training supports yoga teachers in making their classes more trauma-informed, and gives mental-health clinicians practices to use with their clients. Next sessions: April 2–7 and October 22–27

Restorative Yoga Therapeutic Teacher Training
