Thanksgiving is a time to pause and reflect on all you have to be grateful for and there is no better place to do that than Kripalu. Practice self-care, enjoy our serene setting, and sample an abundant range of gratitude-themed R&R  workshops. Come on Sunday and give yourself several days to unwind, or arrive just in time for a memorable midday Thanksgiving feast.

All Week

  • Participate in special workshops that celebrate the spirit of the season, or choose from classes in yoga, Ayurveda, health and wellness, personal growth, and creativity
  • Experience the nourishment of nature during guided hikes through the beautiful Berkshires
  • Curl up with a good book in the cozy Sun Room, or unwind in the sauna
  • Sip warm tea and connect with new friends in the Kripalu Cafe

Thanksgiving Day

  • Set your intentions in a revitalizing yoga class
  • Enjoy our whole-foods Thanksgiving meal*
  • Participate in a soulful gratitude meditation
