Join yoga teacher and award-winning author, Alison DeNicola, and artist and yoga teacher, Theresa Bates, for a weekend workshop focused on supporting your creative journey.
Using the powerful tools of yoga, experiential art, visualization, intentional focus, and energy dynamics to empower the seed form of ideas and bring them into manifestation, you will learn how to:
- Balance and align the chakras to become a clear channel for creative energy.
- Use the upward current of your manifesting power to plant the seeds of your dreams.
- Identify the obstacles that are holding you back and uncover ways to release them.
- Connect with your intuition and receive creative insights through art and journaling.
- Activate the creative stream of consciousness through guided meditation.
- Create a personal and unique book to jump-start your idea or project.
- Visualize your creative dream and identify the next steps to move it forward.
This program is for all levels of yoga practitioners and will leave you with an open heart and mind.
NOTE Participants are encouraged to bring with them any personal talismans they have collected and would like to create with including pictures and markers, colored pencils, pastels, etc. Materials are included in the tuition.
