COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINES | Thank you for doing your part to create a safe environment for yourself and others. Please review our full Covid-19 Safety Protocols, which continue to evolve along with medical guidance.

Our mask policy is as follows:

  • • Masks are not required in the main building, dining hall, shop, or program/yoga rooms. However, we encourage guests to monitor and manage their own personal health and safety and mask accordingly.
  • • Kripalu reserves the right to require masks for specific programs inside the program room.

SMOKING | Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc.) is prohibited on Kripalu’s campus. Anyone caught in violation of this policy will be subject to one or more fines up to $1000 each.

Kripalu's goal is to provide an inclusive environment that welcomes diverse viewpoints and encourages thoughtful discussion. Any views or opinions shared within a program reflect those of the presenter and do not necessarily reflect the views of Kripalu.

UNPLUGGED AT KRIPALU POLICY | All electronic devices—including phones, computers, and tablets—are not allowed in public spaces.

Give your nervous system a break from the endless scrolling and the distraction of notifications by putting your phone and other electronic devices aside while at Kripalu. Our digital device-free campus lets you participate at Kripalu free of distraction and encourages digital mindfulness—and in fact, many of our guests are surprised that being “unplugged” is one of their favorite parts of their stay. Learn more about being Unplugged at Kripalu here.

We ask everyone to use electronic devices only in designated locations to practice being mindful of the moment and respectful of fellow guests, students, and staff. Learn more.

You will find a wealth of resources there, but there are several ways to be part of our greater community.

1. Continue to study, practice, and play by joining the Kripalu Online Studio. Nurture yourself while you find your online community—for less than $2 per class. Learn more here.

  • 2. Deepen your practice with Kripalu Schools. Learn how our schools can be part of your path forward here.
  • 3. Donate to help Kripalu make a difference. As a nonprofit organization, Kripalu is dedicated to empowering people and communities to realize their full potential through the transformative wisdom and practice of yoga. See why your contribution matters.
