Under the guidance of Erin Casperson and Susan Wrba, you will be invited into relationship with the seasonal shift to discover nourishing, cooling, and refreshing practices for body, senses, and mind as you explore:
- The Ayurveda theory behind the benefits of seasonal yoga practice
- Asana, meditation, and breathing practices to aid your digestion and cool the mind
- Self-care routines to support coolness and expansiveness to thrive in summer
- Time on the Kripalu land in reciprocity as you commune with the five elements of nature
- Integration practices through journaling, reflection, and connection
Whether you welcome the warm summer winds or are challenged by summer's heat and humidity, finish the program with a home practice plan, a renewed sense of rhythm and calm, and tools to maintain your internal sense of equilibrium throughout the year.

Full Bio and ProgramsSusan Wrba is a 500-hour Kripalu yoga teacher and a 500-hour Ayurvedic yoga teacher with over a decade of experience studying and working in the fields of yoga and wellness.
