EVERYONE IS A DANCER

Calling all women! Give yourself a weekend of joy, delight, and love this Mother’s Day as you supercharge your body, spirit, and mind. Mothers and daughters, grandmothers and granddaughters, aunts and nieces, and women flying solo are all welcome.

Join Kripalu legacy faculty and Let Your Yoga Dance® Chief Joy Officer, Megha Nancy Buttenheim, for a fun and immersive program that utilizes chakra-based, user-friendly explorations through a unique movement practice.

You will:

  • Embody core practices of flowing and energetic dance, yoga, and qigong.
  • Share your gifts while broadening and building positivity resonance.
  • Rediscover nature and explore research on spirit-based joy.
  • Celebrate diversity, compassion, and kindness.
  • Enjoy being part of a community of women.

Return home feeling renewed and more connected to yourself and the new friends you've met.
