Come enjoy a nourishing getaway together! Spend quality time doing something for yourself and with each other.
Join experienced yoga teacher, Laura Ahrens, as she guides you through asana, pranayama, and meditation to shift into a health giving and healing mode where awe and awareness are abundantly available.
Through yoga, meditation, and group experiences, you will:
- Experience insight and nurturance.
- Renew your connection to yourself and each other.
- Realize simple ways to bring greater vibrancy into your life.
- Return to your innate feminine capacity for self-renewing love and wisdom.
- Learn adaptive and concrete yoga practices to bring home with you.
- Practice in ways that steady your nervous system both on and off the mat.
Yoga and meditation give you the tools for this process while coming together in community catalyzes your potential.
NOTE This program is for women and their daughters—ages 13 and up—and is appropriate for all yoga levels, including beginners. Practices are adaptive with options for both more support or to challenge yourself. Alternative mother/daughter relationships are welcome. Children in this program must be accompanied by a parent or adult who is also registered for this program. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to attend Kripalu Yoga classes or R&R workshops outside of the scheduled sessions for this program. Teens aged 16-17 may attend Kripalu R&R accompanied by a parent or guardian. Learn more about children and teens at Kripalu.
