Linda and Charlie will guide you to identify some of the common obstacles that impede your ability to open your heart more fully, neutralize any blocks to intimacy, and successfully fulfill your desires.Learn how to:Maintain an open heart in the face of powerful emotions.Redirect/intensify energy toward states of heightened awareness.Open yourself up to honor the full range of feelings that you experience.Manage feelings of anxiety, fear, and other emotions that often arise when you find yourself in a vulnerable state.Address these and other questions that directly relate to your ability to dive fully into the bottomless pool of your heart’s truth.
