Insights lead to action.
Our path to personal and collective liberation starts with the fundamental understanding that the love and compassion we experience at Kripalu is needed everywhere. That’s why we look beyond our physical borders, finding ways to put our values into practice to benefit our communities and society. We’re committed to transforming our insights into action in service of a better world.
“Being at Kripalu showed me that compassion isn’t abstract—it’s in the way meals are shared, classes are taught, and strangers become community.” — Kripalu guest
