Join the founder of Empowered Wellness, Johnny Gillespie, for a three-day retreat that offers science-backed practices and techniques based on the fundamentals of yoga and movement. Johnny will guide you to understand the brain-body connection, mobility, and stability—as well as ways to access better awareness, reduce pain, and improve your balance. 

Through movement, pranayama, meditation, discussion, and more, you will learn and understand:
