The Heart of Forgiveness Letting Go All Hope of a Better Past

RELEASE RESENTMENT AND JUDGMENT
“Forgiveness is ultimately about the liberation of your own heart.”—Jacoby Ballard
We have all been hurt and at one time in our life we have probably hurt another. How do we forgive ourselves of our thoughts, words, actions? How do we forgive the history that preceded our lives? How do we forgive those who have hurt us or left us with memories of rejection or abandonment? Forgiveness is our heart's capacity to grow beyond the confining grip of separating thoughts and feelings of judgment and blame. If we carry and hold resentment or judgment, our hearts are not really free.
This weekend retreat will unlock opportunities to practice forgiveness through:
- Guided meditation, breathwork, yoga asana, and reflective journaling
- Community connection, group dialogue, and sharing
- Rest, renewal, nature ritual, and sound healing
Come explore forgiveness as a healing path of growing the heart to love once again both personally and collectively.
