Overcoming Trauma, Tension, and Anxiety The Stress Is Gone Method

Break free from trauma and reconnect with your source of strength with the founder of Stress Is Gone, Brett Cotter. Brett will guide you on a deep personal healing journey in a safe group environment. Participants release layers of emotional tension from their body and resolve old memories. His techniques help heal childhood trauma and emotional pain.

Through intuitive questions, channeled  affirmations, coaching, movement, meditation, music, and dance, you will:

  • Release deep emotional stress, trauma, and tension.  
  • Reconnect with your source of joy and self-love.  
  • Learn how to clear your mind and ground your body.  
  • Let go of fear and feel fully reconnected and empowered.
  • Feel tension lift from your body through channeled higher-self affirmations.  

Stress Is Gone provides participants with ongoing care to assist with the challenges that arise as we return to our daily lives. Each program participant will receive a six-month Stress Is Gone membership which includes five 30-minute relaxation sessions, one live training per week, and one monthly workshop. Program tuition also includes a workbook.  

NOTE: Special guest Stefanie Cotter will lead gentle movement sessions each morning.
