Break free from trauma and reconnect with your source of strength with the founder of Stress Is Gone, Brett Cotter. 

Brett will guide you to release layers of emotional tension from your body and old memories. His techniques help heal childhood trauma and emotional pain. Through intuitive questions, guided affirmations, movement, meditation, music, and more, you will:

  • Release deep emotional stress, trauma, and tension. 
  • Reconnect with your source of joy and self-love. 
  • Learn how to clear your mind and ground your body. 
  • Let go of fear and feel fully reconnected and empowered.
  • Feel tension lift from your body through channeled higher-self affirmations. 

Stress Is Gone provides participants with on-going care to assist with the daily challenges that arise as we return to our daily lives. Each program participant will receive a six-month Stress Is Gone membership which includes five 30-minute relaxation sessions and one live training per week, and one monthly workshop. Program tuition also includes a workbook.  

NOTE Special guest, Stefanie Cotter, will lead gentle movement sessions each morning.
