Liz Mazlish

Liz Mazlish has led Opening the Heart Workshops since 1990, and has had a private psychotherapy practice for 27 years, working with teens, adults, and couples. She holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology, and did post-graduate training at the Cambridge Family Institute, the Center for Body-Oriented Psychotherapy, and the Gestalt Institute of New England. Liz specializes in working with depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma, as well as relationship, LGBTQ, and work issues. She is honored to assist people in opening, healing, and growth, and brings a special interest in the healing power of singing, music, and movement.
