REVITALIZE AND RECOVER

Difficult times are an inherent part of human life, and yoga uniquely prepares us to meet them with skill and presence. This retreat offers a container to revitalize and recover, as well as equip you with tools and techniques from yoga practice to face the challenges of life.

The weekend will include posture (asana), breath (pranayama), and meditation practice with plentiful modifications to accommodate all needs; lecture and discussion of pertinent yoga philosophical concepts with concrete applications; and community connection. We will discuss how these practices and precepts correlate with the nervous system and directly impact physiology to shift from a sympathetic to ventral vagal nervous system response.

In this retreat, you will experience:

  • Asana and pranayama
  • Meditation
  • Community conversation
  • Lecture and discussion regarding nervous system regulation, physiology, and more

You will leave feeling bolstered and fortified in light of whatever difficulties you're facing—personally and globally—with tools and techniques from yoga practice to live fully even in their midst.

Please join us for a nourishing retreat focused on navigating challenging times with grace.
