For educators without yoga training, health-care professionals, and yoga teachers.

Are you looking to make a difference in the lives of children? Take home a toolkit of proven practices to create a compassionate environment and relieve behavioral, social, and emotional disorders for children, including at-risk youth. Interweaving highly experiential sessions with didactic lessons, this program is for everyone seeking innovative ways to improve well-being for youth in grades K–12, as well as children in military families and hospitals, and those affected by mass disasters.

Practice breathing and movement techniques that improve emotional regulation in children under moderate to severe stress, who may have anxiety, depression, or PTSD. The weekend includes

  • Effective techniques to reduce your own stress
  • Immersion in a rejuvenating environment with dynamic faculty and a community of like-minded professionals.
