Program Details

Tools for Transformational Teaching

This module offers the opportunity to learn techniques for crafting transformational workshops. Through group facilitation methodology, approaches to assessing and shifting group dynamics, and reflective listening tools, you are offered opportunities to refine your teaching voice so you can become more empowered in your teaching and your life.

Each session serves as a learning laboratory in which you engage in reflection about what the transformational process means to you, using guided journaling, group discussion, and partner and small-group work.

This module includes

  • Group facilitation skills and strategies
  • Ethics, boundaries, and ways to empower students
  • Chanting, ceremony, and ritual as community building
  • Yoga philosophy and practice.
