Carmen LoBue is a Queer, Non-Binary Afro-Pilipinx filmmaker focused on social activism. Named in Paper Magazine’s "100 people taking over 2019," they directed Cheer Up Charlie and Pink & Blue. A Sundance semi-finalist, LoBue explores themes like the opioid crisis and Black mental health. They star in The L Word: Generation Q and direct Girl Like Me 2 on OUTtv.
