How do I register for Kripalu Members Circle?
To register for Kripalu Members Circle please contact our dedicated members-only concierge at 413-448-3502 or email membership@kripalu.org to schedule a time to speak with our membership team. Membership registrations and consequential bookings cannot be made online at this time.
What is Kripalu Members Circle (KMC)?
Kripalu’s Member Circle is an annual membership program designed to help our most loyal guests return more frequently, stay longer, and feel more at home. Members enjoy exclusive benefits, discounts, and experiences valued at over $8,200. This first-come-first-serve, limited-availability Membership is available for only $1,290.

How do I book my stay with my Members Circle discounts?
To book your next stay with your member discounts please contact our members-only concierge at 413-448-2502 and enjoy priority answering. Members’ discounted bookings cannot be made online at this time.
When do my Kripalu Members Circle benefits start?
Kripalu Members Circle annual membership takes effect on January 1, 2025. As an added benefit, we’re pleased to provide access to Kripalu Online Studio effective November 1, 2024.
How do I access my Members Circle discounts when I’m on campus?
Your Kripalu Member’s Circle status and applicable discounts will be reflected within our point-of-sale systems on campus. Whenever you book a healing arts service, purchase something new at the shop, or book your next stay with us, our team will automatically ensure your member discounts are being utilized.
What is the dedicated booking concierge and who can use it?
The Member’s Circle booking concierge is a member-only phone line (413-448-3502) with priority answering for bookings and questions specific to Kripalu Members Circle.
Are there limits to how much I can use my discounts?
There are no limits on how much you can use your discounts.
Can I share my discounts with a friend?
Kripalu Members Circle discounts are for members only.
Can I use my Roommate Housing Discount if my friend is doing a different program than me?
The Roommate Housing Discount is only available for R&R stays.
When do I get my exclusive Member’s Circle swag?
For an extra warm welcome, our guest services team will have your exclusive member swag items ready when you check in for your first stay.
Can I give the Kripalu Member Circle as a gift?
Of course! Our member-only concierge will be happy to help you give the gift of Kripalu Members Circle. Please contact our members-only booking concierge at 413-448-5302. Please keep in mind that the Kripalu Members Circle is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
How do I access my Kripalu Online Studio (KOS)?
Members will receive access to Kripalu Online Studio via email on November 1, 2024. Please note that exclusive member content in KOS will not become available until membership begins on January 1, 2025. If you’re having trouble accessing KOS please contact onlinesupport@kripalu.org.
What if I am already subscribed to Kripalu Online Studio?
No problem. Our KOS team will schedule your current subscription to end on October 31. You will receive a new KOS activation email on November 1 with steps to resume your access.
What is the exclusive Kripalu Signature content on KOS?
We are pleased to provide our members with one online Kripalu Experience Program per month (12 total). These programs will be a mix of live and on-demand programs, ranging in duration from one-night to four-week series with a variety of program topics such as yoga, meditation, nature, creativity, Kripalu philosophy, community building, and more. A detailed schedule of member-only programs available on KOS will be provided to all members on or before January 1, 2025.
What happens if I miss the Share Circles on KOS?
Share circles are only available live and are not recorded for future use.
How do I update my personal information?

Are there additional Veteran/Senior discounts for Kripalu Member’s Circle?
No. Kripalu Member’s Circle is discounted fully.
What is your refund policy?
Kripalu Member’s Circle is non-refundable as per our terms and conditions of sale.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
No. Memberships are non-transferable as per the terms and conditions of sale.
Can I use my member discounts on applicable 2025 reservations that I’ve already booked?
Yes! Please contact our members-only concierge for support applying your member discounts to any existing reservations in 2025.
