You’ll begin by learning why deep rest is essential for physical health, emotional resilience, and mental clarity. Then, you’ll be guided through a gentle, accessible flow of yoga postures and simple hand mudras to release tension and prepare the body for stillness. The experience concludes with Jennifer’s renowned Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra—a guided resting meditation that supports deep restoration, insight, and inner peace.

In this online program, you will discover:
