Breathwork and the outdoors

A Pathway to Deeper Connection and Presence
How can we build intimacy with our internal and external worlds? How do we create space in our lives to discover our deepest authenticity and explore the wonder of our senses in the natural world?
Join Kripalu faculty Jon Orsini and Ami Jean Aubin for a three-day retreat on the Kripalu campus as they guide you through transformational breathwork and mindful outdoor experiences. Cultivate present moment awareness through breath, embodied meditation, guided visualization, group sharing, journaling, and nature-based practices.
In this program, you will learn how to:
- Connect deeply to the self, others, and the natural world.
- Relieve stress, release old patterns, and invite new ways of being.
- Attune to the subtle flow of existence both inside and out.
- Deepen your awareness and authenticity while opening to the fullness of life.
Exhale old ways of being while inhaling a deeper connection to the true nature of what it means to be human.
NOTE Please bring clothing appropriate for all weather conditions as portions of this retreat include outdoor programming.
