Support Energetic Flow

Discover how the body, breath, and natural world can guide you toward greater awareness, authenticity, and insight. Join Jon Orsini and Ami Jean Aubin for a transformational exploration of somatic breathwork, nature immersion, and embodied practices designed to open the heart, release old patterns, and expand your capacity for presence and connection—to yourself, others, and the outdoors.

Somatic breathwork is a direct and powerful pathway to shifting and expanding your inner landscape. It moves energy, surfaces hidden patterns, and opens doors to insight and clarity from the deeper, instinctual wisdom of the body and heart. When combined with nature immersion, reflection, and guided practices, it becomes a catalyst for profound growth and personal transformation.

In the supportive and nurturing environment of Kripalu, you will:

  • Experience immersive somatic breathwork journeys that help you release old patterns, support energetic flow, enhance self-awareness and embodied insight.
  • Cultivate stronger connections with yourself, others, and the natural world through mindful outdoor experiences.
  • Activate your deeper wisdom and authenticity through meditation, journaling, integration, and group connection.
  • Return home empowered and renewed with practical tools to continue cultivating awareness, resilience, and connection through breath and nature.

This program is designed for those ready to engage in an immersive, transformative experience, where breathwork and nature become gateways to personal growth and profound insight.
