Holotropic Breathwork and Nature Immersion Workshop
Subtitle
A journey into expanded states of consciousness

Explore Breathwork, Nature, Sound, and Expressive Movement
The New York Times described Holotropic Breathwork® as “heart opening” and a way to heal yourself and improve mood. For centuries and across many cultures, non-ordinary states of consciousness have been used as a tool for transformation and healing. The therapeutic benefits of Holotropic Breathwork include release and healing of trauma and grief, improving anxiety and depression, higher insights of spiritual understanding, increased connection to self and others, and opening to compassion and love.
We invite you to join us to experience the remarkable healing potential and therapeutic benefits of Holotropic Breathwork. This powerful breathwork practice allows for self-exploration and healing. With the eyes closed and lying on a mat, each person uses their own breath and the music in the room to enter an expanded state of consciousness. This state activates the natural inner healing potential of the breather, or inner healer, which guides the experience. We create a safe and supportive setting with highly trained and experienced Holotropic Breathwork facilitators.
In this double breathwork workshop, you will experience:
- Four Holotropic Breathwork® sessions (two as a breather/two as a sitter)
- A sound healing session
- Nature-based practices
- Mask making
- Movie yoga
- Expressive movement
- creating art altars in nature
- An evening community fire gathering.
Whether you are new to Holotropic Breathwork or highly experienced, this workshop can help you reconnect with your own inner healing wisdom. This workshop is open to new or experienced breathers or anyone interested in experiencing Holotropic Breathwork. This workshop is approved by Grof Transpersonal Training and Grof Legacy Training to meet the breathwork requirements of your training. For anyone in a psychedelic-assisted therapy training program, this workshop may fulfill your requirement for sitting for others in expanded states of consciousness.
