Melinda Stone is an interdisciplinary artist and Associate Professor of Environmental Studies at the University of San Francisco, where she directs the Urban Agriculture Program. After 20 years as a film producer, she now focuses on permaculture, community creation, and nature immersion. She founded How-to-Homestead, using gardening and sustainable practices to build community.
