LIVE A MORE AUTHENTIC LIFE

To live from the heart and ground of being means to be intimate with your true nature and to be in service to a greater whole. Join John and Christiane Prendergast as they guide you to see through core-limiting beliefs, tap into your deepest inner knowing, and uncover a field of spacious, loving awareness.

Through talks, meditation, experiential conversations, guided inquiries, and body-sensing, learn to:

  • Experience greater self-love, self-acceptance, self-intimacy, inner safety, and self-trust.
  • Liberate essential qualities of being such as wisdom, love, gratitude, joy, compassion, and stability.
  • Attune with the universal heart and groundless ground that are inherently whole and undivided from the totality of life.

Develop a keener sense of being held by, connected to, and grounded in a field of loving awareness. Take home tools to live a more authentic, loving, grounded, and wakeful life.

Note: Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
