REFUEL YOURSELF
Join Maya Breuer, Kiesha Battles, and other guest presenters for a program designed to renew the body, mind, and soul of the woman of color.
Through accessible yoga, dance, and a variety of holistic practices—including breathwork, meditation, journaling, reflection, and contemplation—enjoy the company of other women as you honor and make peace with the labor of love.
When you move, we move.
Inhale, exhale.
Relax into slow spaces.
Release out of fast paces.
Meditate to start the day.
Dance the evening away away.
Leave it there, refuel yourself here.
NOTE This program is for those who identify as women only.
