Yoga Retreat for Women of Color Rediscover Your Divine Self

"I'm on my way to a place where I'd never dreamed I'd be, and that's perfection."
-Mary J. Blige

Are you ready to connect with your true self and live life to the fullest? Too often, we strive to follow the rules, fit in, and live up to others’ standards. But when we do, we often diminish our wild, beautiful, soulful selves—the self who shares her natural self to the whole world, who moves and travels throughout her life with divine self-love.

This fall, join Maya Breuer and Kiesha Battles along with special guests Maria Broom, Polly Jiacovelli, and Pooja Virani for Kripalu’s beloved and awaited Yoga Retreat for Women of Color–this time online for all to join!

Come gather with your sisters to explore your exquisite and fierce nature, and rediscover your divine self through dance, breathwork, art, movement, and yoga. Who knows, you may just find yourself dancing freely in the morning to your favorite song!

Note You will have access to the video recording(s) for 30 days after the program ends. All recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session.
