In this program, you will start your day with Longevity Walking (a restorative walk) along Kripalu’s forested pathways and blooming gardens. Enjoy softening, healing, and revitalizing effects of paced breathing with movement as you practice techniques such as Sky and Earth, Sun and Moon, Small Heavenly Circuit, Very Small Heavenly Circuit, and Large Heavenly Circuit.
Feel energy flowing through your body as you move your breath inside yourself, with a partner, and in small groups. Send and receive energy by practicing Gazing with Coherent Breathing. Clear and focus your mind with the consciousness-awakening process of Candle Gazing. Learn how to reset your brain patterns using Head and Eye Rotation.
Re-align your mind-body-spirit with The Great Harmonizer of the Breath and Swimming Dragon. Explore new frontiers of healing in deep space through Open Awareness sequences. Energize yourself with Song-Kong-Tong-Dong, music and dancing. Experience profound healing though Name Singing.
