Join Kripalu faculty Yuval Samburski as he leads this inner-exploration journey into the life-changing possibilities of this ancient book of wisdom. Yuval will guide our circle of study with compassion, care, and no judgment.

In this program, we will:

• Unpack The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, a 2500-year-old text in a light-hearted, accessible way.
• Be part of a Kripalu sangha, a compassionate, communal study group where all of our voices are heard and respected. We will all learn from each other.
• Learn and understand some staples of yogic philosophy as described by Patanjali such as ashtanga: the eight-limbed path towards samadhi (or bliss).
• Embark on a spiritual journey towards deeper understanding of yourself at any level. The Sutras are truly known to be life-changing.
