Teachings for Healing and Connection

Deep healing is multidimensional. Through emotional awareness, compassionate inquiry, and understanding, we can truly know ourselves and begin to heal.

Trauma research is rediscovering what ancient healers knew for thousands of years: healing encompasses the physical and energetic realms. We will weave together personal archetypal patterns with ancient shamanic earth-based ceremonies and rituals connecting with the natural forces of earth, air, fire, and water.

Each of us carries our own inner healing intelligence with the ability to transform suffering into healing and shadow into light.

Join licensed psychotherapist and initiated shamanic practitioner Leslie Wolf Baker and therapeutic reiki master Betsy Debany to explore how to weave these ancient practices and archetypal patterns with modern psychotherapy techniques, particularly Internal Family Systems.

Through lectures, discussions, and exercises, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn to identify internal parts of self.
  • Understand the properties of earth, water, fire, and air and how they can be used for healing.
  • Connect with your personal archetypes.
  • Discover how to connect with your personal guides, helpers, angels, and power animals.
  • Release "legacy burdens" or the trans-generational transmission of trauma.
  • Discover whether your beliefs and decisions may be a carryover from past lives.
  • Free yourself of any negativity that you carry.

Whether you are a clinician, coach, or simply someone seeking tools for a happier and freer life, this program will provide you with tools and practices that you can take home to sustain what you’ve learned here.
