Join compassionate Kripalu faculty for a mindful outdoor retreat in which you’ll enjoy meditative hikes, forest therapy walks beneath majestic Eastern Hemlock and White Pine trees, and peaceful moments beside flowing streams and lakes.
Arrive as you are and develop an intimate relationship with trees, stones, the great elements, and our friends in the more-than-human world. Practice yoga and awaken your senses to the magic and wonder of the Berkshire hills. This is where movement and stillness, community and solitude come together, rooted in love.

NOTE: This is not a vigorous hiking program, and most sessions will be outdoors. Please plan to dress in layers. Bring a hat, waterproof shell, sturdy hiking shoes, and a day pack with a water bottle and journal.
