This five-day yoga retreat invites you to slow down to feel, experience, and remember your innate freedom. Through meditative yoga practices and enriching rituals, Jovinna Chan will guide you through inquiries that strengthen your foundation for clarity and meaning, while softening into the essence of who you are.
In this retreat, we will:
- Practice yoga, meditation, contemplation, and reflection daily.
- Take time to explore the healing power of breath and body connection.
- Explore movements to connect with your heart and soul.
- Rekindle an intimate relationship with nature.
- Experience sound healing with guest teacher Malu Doherty to nurture and support the subtle energy body.
The rhythm of the week is slow and steady. The essence of the program is soft yet mighty. Receive nourishment from your practice, the land, and community at Kripalu. Return home with a deeper sense of harmony, aliveness, and balance.
NOTE: Jovinna invites you to detox or minimize the use of all electronics during your time here. Please bring a journal. Some yoga experience is recommended.
