Guided by the wisdom of Aparigraha (letting go), Santosha (contentment), and Svadhyaya (self-awareness), this practice invites you to soften the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect with what is already whole within you.

Through long, supported holds, breathwork, and intentional stillness, you’ll create space to unwind tension, observe your inner dialogue, and gently loosen your grip on what no longer needs to be carried.
