This four-week Kripalu Experience online workshop invites you into a smarter, kinder relationship with your body through the lens of Yoga Therapeutics. Rather than forcing flexibility, you’ll learn how intelligent alignment, nervous system awareness, and supportive tools create space for both strength and ease.
Each week, we will explore the science and principles behind therapeutic stretching, followed by an experiential practice that integrates strengthening and lengthening in traditional yoga postures. You’ll learn how to approach poses with greater safety, confidence, and sustainability—meeting your body where it truly is, not where you think it should be.
You’ll also discover innovative ways to use blocks, straps, and resistance bands to support joint health, deepen sensation, and access new pathways of mobility. This practice is less about pushing further and more about listening more wisely.
