Together we deepen and open towards the great power of wholeness that lies within each of us in this nourishing retreat led by Natasha Judson, yoga teacher and director of Tasha Yoga. Through practicing physical yoga, breath, contemplation, and mantra, we move from the surface of life into deeper depths. There we steep in the nectar of wholeness that is our true home.
We practice to release obstacles and clear the way for a greater connection with our true heart. We also align with the higher guidance speaking to us. This is an opportunity to deepen, rest, energize, and emerge into life attuned more fully to your purpose.
