Kripalu legacy faculty and leader in mind-body practices, Ken Nelson, long-time martial artist and qigong teacher, John Haggerty, and author and facilitator, Lesli Lang, will guide you through:
- Beginner-friendly meditations
- Qigong sequences to improve posture, balance, stamina, and longevity
- Yin yoga to enhance flexibility and relieve chronic tension in the spine, hips, and low back
- Outdoor sessions to cultivate harmony with the natural world (weather permitting)
Return home feeling energized, in the flow, and with a daily practice.
